You are billed based on the number of active virtual machine instances managed by the platform. An instance counts toward your total as long as it exists in the system, regardless of its power state. Destroyed instances are no longer counted. This makes costs predictable and directly tied to the scale of your infrastructure.

Yes. Our Demo plan gives you 30 days to evaluate the full platform at no cost. You get access to one hypervisor with unlimited instances and every feature included. No credit card is required to start. When your trial ends, you can seamlessly upgrade to a paid plan to continue.

If you reach the instance limit on your current plan, you will not be able to create new instances until you upgrade. Your existing instances will continue to run normally. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard, and the new limit takes effect immediately.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to higher instance limits and enhanced support. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If your current instance count exceeds the new plan's limit, you will need to reduce your instances before the downgrade takes effect.

Yes. All paid plans are available with annual billing, which saves you the equivalent of 2 months per year compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings at any renewal date.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via wire transfer or ACH with net-30 terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
